Postage Fees & Charges
Shipping Charges are depending on total weight (actual weight/volumetric weight – whichever is higher) of your order. You may calculate the shipping charges manually using the table below or check the fee by adding item into cart > shipping method.
Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services Pos Malaysia Mail, Pos Express, Poslaju, Citylink, DD Express, Skynet, Abx, Aramex, DHL, Nationwide and more. For full bicycle/ frame type of products, currently we only available to ship within Peninsular Malaysia. All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case)
Self-Collect or Cash on Delivery
You can choose to collect your purchases or (Cash on delivery )by contacting our Terbike.com team to schedule your meet up point and time. (only available in selected klang valley area)
For Full Bicycle / Frame type of products, are (Cash on Delivery NOT available) you may collect your purchases (box / assemble unit) at our partner’s showroom, by showing your purchased information from Shin Chan Supplies Enterprise.

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. Some courier service does not collect/ deliver consignment during weekend, so please place order earlier if you wish to receive the parcel sooner. For customization or special requirement order, delivery timeframe will be estimate and proposed by Terbike.com team upon payment received.
During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
TERBIKE.COM only accepts Return/Exchange if the product purchased was manufacture defects or wrong product/color being shipped to buyer.
TERBIKE.COM strictly do not accept any returns from buyer due to the following reasons from buyer:
Changed of mind from buyer
When product is used, destroyed or damaged
When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
When too much time has passed (after exceeding 7 working days after goods received) and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

Attached photo / video of faulty product
Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to TERBIKE.COM. Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
TERBIKE.COM will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.
