Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
- No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we are unable to cancel or change your order. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.

Can I order from www.Terbike.com and pick it up myself?
- Yes. Self-pickup (or Cash on Delivery) options are available at our online store. However, the self-pick up point, schedule is subject to change, please contact our Terbike.com team at +6011 6337 2738 to arrange.
Can I get the same price if purchased directly from any other Terbike.com online/offline partner, e-commerce store?
- No. The price listed at www.Terbike.com are exclusively for online buyers only.

How can I track my order(s)?
- We will send the courier service consignment note / tracking no. to you by email, you can then track your parcel at their website.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery time :
1 to 5 business days. (West Malaysia)
4 to 6 business days. (East Malaysia)
